Transcript
Cell Wall
Contains the DNA that controls all cell activities.
Cell Membrane
Release energy to the cell in the form of ATP (respiration)
Cytoplasm
Surrounds cell membrane of plant cells to provide shape and
support.
Vacuole
Storage sacs for water, food or wastes. Larger in plant cells (to
help give support)
Nucleus
Site of cell photosynthesis. Contains chlorophyll.
Chloroplast
Jelly-like interior where chemical reactions occur. Contains
dissolved substances.
Mitochondria
Boundary layer that controls the entry and exit of materials.
