Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase
產品編號:Bio-THM106-02
儲存條件:-20℃保存
產品包裝:Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase , 500U (5U/ul)
10x Hotstart Taq Buffer , 1.4 mL
Description:
HotStart Taq DNA polymerase is designed for quantitative PCR, a technique that enhances the specificity,
sensitivity and yield of DNA amplification. HotStart Taq DNA polymerase is a recombinant Taq DNA polymerase
which has been chemical mediated by the addition of heat-labile blocking groups to its amino acid residues. The
enzyme is inactive at room temperature, avoiding extension of non-specifically annealed primers or primer dimers
and providing higher specificity of DNA amplification. HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase is activated by a 10-minute
incubation at 95°C which can be incorporated into any existing thermal-cycler program. The activated enzyme
maintains the same functionality as Taq DNApolymerase.
Storage Buffer :
50mM Tris-HCl pH7.9, 50 mM KCL, 0.1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.5mM PMSF, 50% Glycerol
10X reaction buffer:
Buffer containing 25 mM MgCl2
Unit description:
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 10n mole of dNTP into acid-insoluble material in
30 minutes at 74℃. The reaction conditions are: 50mM Tris-HCl pH8.8, 50mM NaCl, 5mM MgCl2,
200uM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP, 10mg activated calf thymus DNA and 0.1mg/ml BSA in a final volume
of 50 ml.
Applications:
•High yield amplification of complex templates.
•Suitable for Real-Time PCR.
•High PCR specificity–reduced effects of mispriming
and primer-dimer formation.
•Enhanced PCR sensitivity.
•Convenient room temperature PCR set-up.
•Generate PCR products with 3-dA overhangs
PCR Program:
Note: Annealing temperature should be 2-6℃
lower than the primer melting temperature. Shipping and Storage conditions: Shipping and temporary
storage at -20℃ and for up
to 1month at room temperature has no detrimental effects on the quality of Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase.
