Each band has an ideal 50% G-C content for precise sizing and sharp resolution. Our ladders are free from contaminating plasmid DNA so they have minimal background. Description 50330 - 20 bp DNA Ladder: 25 fragments from 20 bp to 500 bp, in 20 bp increments. The band at 200 bp stains brighter to aid identification.
