This product is stable at –80°C for 8 to 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing or thawing. This cDNA product can be stored at –20°C for less than a month. This product should not be stored in defrost freezer. Product Description AllCells human primary cell cDNA is synthesized from highly purified RNA, which is derived from high purity, primary hematopoietic cells. These cells are isolated from human blood, bone marrow, or umbilical cord blood using immunomagnetic MicroBead labeling procedures. A: AllCells cDNA products are single-strand. The original RNA template used to create the cDNA is digested using RNase H. Q: Is the cDNA product stable in DEPC-treated H2O? A: Our cDNA product is stable for 8 to 12 months in DEPC-treated H2O. While the single-strand cDNA product is relatively less stable than doublestrand cDNA, it is still significantly more stable than RNA. RNA is purified from the cells by using an optimized procedure to ensure that the RNA is of highest quality and free of genomic DNA contamination. Full-length high fidelity cDNA is synthesized by a reverse transcriptase from RNA primed with oligo-d(T). The original RNA templates are removed from cDNA by using RNase H. cDNA Purity Human cDNA products can be tested using PCR primers from a list of human housekeeping genes, such as beta-actin and GAPDH. AllCells uses a pair of beta acton primers that are intron-crossing. The PCR product is examined by the Agilent BioAnalyzer 2100 for correct product size. In addition, the starting cDNA material is run through the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 for integrity analysis.
