Jun Allard: Antigen bonds on immune cells
The bond between an antigen and a T-cell is one of the
most important in our immune system. I will introduce a
mathematical model of a single bond, using diffusionadvection equations, elasticity mechanics, and stochastic
processes. This model ended up generating a new
hypothesis about T-cell sensitivity.
