Arett Sales – Pennsauken, NJ Director of Marketing Reporting to the VP of Advertising, the Director of Marketing will manage both our in house Marketing Department and Advertising Department. Responsibilities include – o Define, develop, execute and measure marketing strategies to drive sales to Arett customers o Develop and measure direct marketing strategies to drive sales through Arett’s specialty divisions including, but not limited to, Good Prod Sales, Terra Verde and Good Tidings o Generate new revenue streams through the development of new advertising programs for Lawn and Garden customer base and vendor community o Manage and grow Arett’s online fulfillment program to online retailers o Trade Show management support o Responsible for the success of increased productivity and efficiency of Arett departments through management of the marketing services team o Responsible for the success of increased productivity, efficiency and profitability of Greensmith Graphics, Arett’s in-­‐house advertising agency o Maintain budget for advertising department o Oversee internal and external advertising projects and ensure all projects meet the quality expectations of Arett Sales and Greensmith Graphics Job Requirements -­‐ o Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 9+ years of sales and marketing experience with a focus on business-­‐ MBA a plus. o Strong experience using the full digital marketing mix, including online marketing, email campaigns, webinars, social media, SEO marketing, PPC & Analytics o Experience with online sales and print marketing o Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required o Strong copywriting skills o Strong Analytical Skills o Ability to translate product and merchandising information into a focused marketing message and communicate this message with the design team o Strong project management skills, including the management of multiple projects and deadlines o Ability to present concepts and influence direction to internal and external team members o Ability to manage and negotiate contracts with outside vendors o Advertising agency experience a plus o Familiarity with any of these programs a plus -­‐ InDesign/Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, SQL, Access, interactive and video applications, ASP.net o Knowledge of Supply Chain a plus Interested applicants should forward their resume, including salary requirements, to [email protected] EOE.
