TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Catalog Number: 636591
Rabbit, Anti-S19 Ribosomal Protein
Form:Lyophilized. The antibody (100 ug) is supplied in PBS with 1.0% BSA as a stabilizer.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled or de-ionized water.
Preparation: Rabbits were immunized with S19 recombinant protein. The antibody was purified from rabbit serum by Protein G
affinity chromatography.
Applications:Immunohistochemistry
ELISA
Working Dilution:1-5 ug/ml for Immunohistochemistry
0.5-2.0 ug/ml for ELISA
1-5 ug/ml Immunoblotting
It is recommended that the individual lab obtain their own optimal dilution for their particular assay.
General Information: The S19 ribosomal protein is composed of 145 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 16 kD. It is a
cross-linked homo-dimer from apoptosis cells. This protein shows monocyte chemotactic activity and is related to rheumatoid
arthritis.
