Planning and Managing the marketing campaigns for developments Pre-launch and Live developments, coordinating the set up for new developments, marketing suite, signage, brochures and all other marketing material, Lovell App, IT for the developments. Achieving Results Planning, managing and delivering all marketing including emarketing campaigns for the Region. Taking all the New Homes Coming Soon leads, processing the data, managing the forward interest database. Managing the Process Co-ordinate and assist the Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager with planning, managing and delivering the marketing Strategies and Campaigns for Coming Soon and Live Sites. Managing the Lovell Website, Rightmove, Zoopla and all other websites/portals on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy. Liaising with external companies for the management of Regional Social Media Campaigns. Liaising with the Sales Teams and managing external Advertising Agencies and PR agencies and photography. Managing and Producing all analytical reports from campaigns for Regional Sales Manager. Producing reports for Visitor Enquiries to ascertain the success of different marketing tools. Assist the Regional Sales manager and Field Sales managers with setting and working within development marketing budgets. Work with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager to plan and deliver all marketing campaigns including Kaimailers, text campaigns, email campaigns. Managing Infinity Tracking phone system. Assist RSM with marketing strategies for work in the “Bid Process”. Managing Award submissions and one off sales events such as HTB Shows.
