 Because of the collaborative and discussion/activity-based nature of this class, this course schedule is an “evolving” one! I
cannot predict how deeply we will want to explore and discuss the concepts addressed in this course, nor can I predict difficulties,
or misconceptions you may have throughout the semester. As a result, we may find it necessary to spend more time on a topic
than originally planned. So visit the syllabus at least 1-2 days before EVERY class to see where we are in the course, and your
responsibilities for preparing for that day’s class.
 HOMEWORK DUE DATES column shows the day homework/project assignments are due.
 READINGS in BLACK TEXT are to be read before the start of that day’s class. READINGS in RED TEXT may be read following the
