Alternative terms and conditions of the affiliate program of My-picture.co.uk
The alternative terms and conditions apply to the terms and conditions of CJ (Commission Junction Affiliate Network) on supplementary basis. My-picture.co.uk is reserves the right to terminate the
partnership in case of a breach of the terms and conditions. This takes place with immediate effect
and includes the cancellation of the commissions. My-picture.co.uk also reserves the right to take
legal actions.
Commissions

My-picture.co.uk reimburses the advertising services provided by the partner and thereby
received orders.
My-picture.co.uk reserves the right to adjust the remuneration, both downward and upward,
at any time. Such changes will be communicated in advance by mailing the publisher.
The basis of the remuneration is the “last cookie wins” principle.
The My-picture.co.uk affiliate remunerates sales. A sale is defined by the net value of the
order.
A Sale is canceled because of unpaid, canceled or invalid orders.
Means of Advertising

The publisher may not alter the HTML codes and promotional materials provided by Mypicture.co.uk. The text in text links may be modified and shortened, but the code may not be
changed. Furthermore, the ads may only be used within the affiliate program of Mypicture.co.uk, as well as on the publisher’s page originally used to sign up for the affiliate
program.
Trademarks and brand names of My-picture.co.uk may be used only with written permission.
The inclusion of advertising should be proven on demand (possibly by including evidence
such as screenshots).
The delivery of a newsletter including sales promotions of My-picture.co.uk must receive
prior written approval from My-picture.co.uk. The publisher may promote My-picture.co.uk
only within current affiliate advertising campaigns. Sales resulting from campaigns outside
the affiliate marketing will not be reimbursed.
Forwarding from an invalid or misspelled domain (www.my-pitcure.co.uk or similar) to a
page that only contains My-picture.co.uk advertising is prohibited.
Advertising My-picture.co.uk on layers, pop-ups, pop-unders or site-unders may only be
done with prior explicit permission. The authorization shall be written.
Publishers are not permitted to place advertisements or links of My-picture.co.uk on third
party websites. The publisher must be the rightful owner of the website.
Tracking

All advertisements of My-picture.co.uk contain specific tracking parameters to allow tracking
of relevant operations. Accurate tracking cannot be guaranteed if the tracking parameters in
the promotional content are changed by the publisher.
Cookies

The tracking cookies of the My-picture.co.uk portal may only be placed on My-picture.co.uk
advertisements and linked landing pages after a valid click has been made by the user.
Techniques that lead to opening of an advertisement without the voluntary and conscious
act of the Internet user are prohibited. Forced click campaigns are not allowed.
Consequently, a click is only valid if the new customer has voluntarily clicked on the ad of the
affiliate program.
The use of post-view tracking is prohibited. Exceptions require written approval of Mypicture.co.uk.
Forwarding from invalid or misspelled domains should not place a cookie.
Search Engine Marketing

The partner sites are prohibited from search engine marketing that uses names, company
names and/or trademarks that are protected by law, as well as using My-picture.co.uk URL or
URLs of the competitors of My-picture.co.uk (metatag advertising, keyword advertising, etc.)
"My-picture.co.uk " must be credited as a negative keyword in search engine marketing.
Exceptions require written approval of My-picture.co.uk.
Design of the Site

The affiliates are bound to ensure that their sites adhere to the applicable law. It is
prohibited to place discriminatory statements or discriminatory representations concerning
race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age as well as representations
of violence and sexually explicit or pornographic content placed on the publisher's site and /
or link such content with participation in the affiliate program of My-picture.co.uk.
The My-picture.co.uk affiliate program prohibits forwarding the commissions to the end
customer of My-picture.co.uk. This includes: bonus in the form of virtual points, money or
points (incentives, virtual currency, and cash back).
Technical Issues

In case of irregularities or technical problems please contact My-picture.co.uk as soon as
possible. Please perform test orders only after consulting My-picture.co.uk, otherwise
expenses cannot be reimbursed.
Sales that are not tracked by My-picture.co.uk due to technical issues will be compensated
subsequently. If it is not possible to track the data using the statistics, the subsequent
compensation is based on the data from the past (commissions and EPC's).
Severability Clause
If any provision of the agreement are partially or wholly invalid or become invalid, the validity of the
remaining provisions shall not be affected. The partially or completely invalid provision shall be
replaced by a provision which economic effect is as close as possible to the economic effect of the
invalid provision.
