Product Marketing Manager – Banking

To be the leading provider of Customer Communications
Management solutions to financial service providers.
Doxim is a leading provider of Customer Communications
Management software for the financial services industry. These
solutions are used by banks, credit unions, wealth management
and investment brokerage firms to create, manage and deliver
business-critical customer communications more efficiently and
cost effectively, enhancing their customers’ experience. Doxim’s
solutions help these organizations improve client
communications, streamline document access and meet the
stringent compliance requirements associated with transactional
document processing.
As a Product Marketing Manager - Banking, you are responsible
for determining and refining the positioning and go to market
strategy for the Doxim portfolio of products and services that are
sold into the Banking and Credit Union verticals, ensuring
business success for these products in the various geographical
segments we serve.
As an accomplished writer you will craft compelling messaging
for your vertical, translating technical capabilities into easy to
understand customer benefits that resonate with buyers. You will
develop and deliver collateral and tools to transfer this knowledge
to the sales channel.
You will be an expert in your buyers, how they buy and their
buying criteria and leverage this knowledge to develop and
deliver successful inbound and outbound marketing programs
that drive both interest and qualified leads. You will support these
programs with content marketing collateral that resonates with
your target audience.
Key Responsibilities:






Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the
banking marketplace
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the
sales tools that support the selling process to the Banking vertical
Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria
Be the expert on your competition and how to win against them
Develop the strategy and manage the inbound and outbound marketing programs that
drive demand in the banking segment
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide go-to-market
plans, working across departments to ensure their successful execution.
Help to plan the launch of new products and product releases and manage the crossfunctional implementation of the plan to ensure all aspects, however small are
successfully executed
 Define and develop tailored content for presentations, webinars, datasheets, eBooks,
white papers and customer case studies that highlight the value proposition for the
Banking vertical
 Be the internal marketing expert on the Doxim product line and its competitors in the
Banking vertical

 Proven skills producing and presenting compelling, pertinent and succinct
presentations
 for sales and prospects
 Strong ability to present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways
 Ability to forge relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels

 Flexible work style comfortable in a fast moving, highly energy and evolving
environment
 High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience / Qualifications:
 Direct experience in Banking– either delivering software solutions to Banking or
working directly in the industry
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Marketing role in a B2B enterprise SaaS
environment
 Demonstrated understanding of Pragmatic Marketing or other product
management/product marketing methodology
 Demonstrated ability to think strategically about a product and its positioning in a
marketplace
 Experience and knowledge of online product marketing and marketing automation
best practices
 Active interest in social media and understanding of how to leverage it to your
advantage
 Solid technical aptitude to grasp the technical nature of Doxim products and the
environments in which they operate
 University or post-secondary degree in Computer Sciences, Marketing, Business,
Communications or a related discipline
Working Conditions:
 Working out of Doxim’s Markham, Ontario headquarters
 Willingness to travel up to 20% of time to visit other offices, customers, etc.

