Knowledge Management, combined with search engine technologies could provide adaptivity towards the content. KM in web-based learning The objective is to generate value from intelligent capital to enable faster and efficient learning. It is about getting the right knowledge to the right person at the right time. Benefits of KM in web-based learning Provide right kind of information in right amount at right time to prevent overloading of information to learners that can results in the cognitive overload for the learners.
