We are seeking to expand our in-house marketing team with an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Strategist who will assist in the preparation and management of our digital marketing initiatives and be the “know-it-all” in this space. We need someone with a high level of experience who is organized, proactive, and as enthusiastic about LSPACE as we are. You should live and breathe digital marketing and be able to keep up on the ever-changing landscape and be creative enough to find new ways to take a small budget and turn it into big ROI. We need someone who is a flexible, team-player that is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our ecommerce channels. We’re a small team with big ambitions—we expect the chosen candidate’s role and responsibilities to grow in-step with our brand. Responsibilities ● Managing web analytics to provide in-depth analysis of website and channel performance through analysis of traffic, the conversion funnel, average order size, and ROI to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement. ● Provide actionable feedback to brand advocacy team to improve all email outreach & loyalty program to generate sales. ● Maximize on-site SEO. ● Assist Marketing Director in the overall management of the organization’s ecommerce channel - develop and implement E-Commerce strategies while ensuring strategies align with the overall business model. ● Manage relationship with partner agency to ensure campaign goals are being met and the timely delivery of key website development projects and campaign goals are being met. ● Remain up-to-date on current & emerging technologies within the Shopify ecosystem and how they can be incorporated into the existing business plan. ● Work with external development agency to setup integrations across platforms. Qualifications ● 4-7 years of digital marketing experience with direct experience in ecommerce. ● Organized, pro-active with a keen eye for detail and able to work in a team. ● Experience with project management in order to organize the delivery of key projects. ● The ability to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations based on quantitative to increase ROI. ● ● ● ● ● ● Experience managing projects from start to finish that involves work from designers, copywriters and other team members. Strong problem solving skills; ability to interpret analytical thinking into marketing concepts. Experience with managing relationships between media partners or agencies. Experience with data and analytical tools including Google Analytics required. Experience with Shopify, Optimizely & RJMetrics and user experience desirable. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
