USES
 Electrolytic cells are used in mining (to
separate metals from ores) and chemical
production of gases like chlorine and
hydrogen gas

spontaneous, the Ecell will be NEGATIVE!
 The cell potential is the minimum amount
of energy that must be added for the
reaction to take place!
