JOB DESCRIPTION: Interactive Marketing Specialist The Interactive Marketing Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and supporting email, mobile and online marketing campaigns. The specialist will also have a focus in the planning, execution, maintenance and optimization of PPC advertising and its alignment to SEO in support of lead generation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and execution of marketing programs Maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn Utilize Web Content Management tools for managing website content and copy Manage email marketing tools (Act-On, ExactTarget) Develop pay-per-click advertising campaigns Create, maintain, and support Mobile Application offerings Work with Mobile Application providers and Sales to provide estimates and client options Support multiple teams in content delivery and management of Mobile applications (e.g. profile uploads, photo approvals, activity descriptions, and other content as required) Provide onsite support for Mobile Applications Manages tasks, expectations, communications, and timelines for assigned projects Provides routine status updates to key stakeholders, project team, and leadership team Supports internal departments and product lines as directed by organization KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content for marketing campaigns Drive website traffic and improve search-engine rankings Establish an effective presence on social media sites Use PPC to increase qualified leads for Sales Support Sales in securing new business Cultivate expertise in mobile solutions through research, periodicals, affiliations, etc. Keep abreast of emerging behaviors, technologies, and companies that are changing our client’s businesses Populate Proposal Library with best practices, reusable assets, and selected resources Coordinate, attend, and participate in sales strategy/price offer meetings with Sales; provide raw cost/sell figures to build offer packaging and create profitable business Create branded sales collateral pieces as assigned – case studies, white papers, value propositions by segment, capabilities presentations; produce white papers, articles, concept papers and serve as internal expert on assigned market segments QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE Familiarity with the following is preferred: email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, pay-per-click campaign management, Google Adwords, marketing systems including marketing automation platform or email marketing system and Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Salesforce.com. Bachelor’s degree and related business experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally Proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills.
