JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Marketing Communications Coordinator/Digital Marketing Focus
COMPANY: Primera Technology, Inc., Two Carlson Parkway North,
Plymouth, MN 55447
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and
executing a broad range of marketing and communication
projects. In addition to support of the marketing department, the
position will be responsible for online marketing initiatives
including paid search advertising, web campaigns and social
media relations.
JOB DUTIES:







Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to
improve awareness and engagement and generate leads for
Primera’s products.
Manage Google AdWords and other direct marketing/pay-per-click
and remarketing campaigns.
Day-to-day management and execution of social media presence
(including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Corporate blog, YouTube
and emerging platforms).
Integrate social media campaigns within all related marketing
communications.
Development of website landing pages.
Using analytics tools, effectively monitor, track and report results
and sales.
Occasional tradeshow travel and other administrative duties.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously






Excellent analytical skills
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Self starter, willing to work independently yet take direction
openly
Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs and familiar
with internet applications such as Google AdWords, Google
Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Excellent copywriting skills
Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
PREFERRED:










1-3+ years of professional internet marketing experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or
Journalism preferred
Strong intuition and ability to analyze and dissect markets and
develop strategies to engage and convert those markets.
Familiarity with pay-per-click marketing and other marketing
channels
Experience conducting social media campaigns, growing fan base
and engaging customers through Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Prior blogging or writing experience preferably for a business to
business organization in the technology sector
Early adopter of emerging technology, deep participation in social
media channels
Experience distributing video across social media networks
Experience with marketing automation and CRM software
Basic knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent design program.
