JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the
planning, execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for all things digital. You will be well-versed in the
concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a
strong asset for the not-for-profit sector. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with
great ideas to reinforce our communication objectives.
Responsibilities









Manage and maintain organisation website(s), ensuring best practice and
legal requirements are fulfilled
Work with relevant departments to optimise digital fundraising channels,
booking tools, information sharing
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate,
increasing
Manage and maintain SEO
Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Collaborate with developers and designers to improve user experience
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Work with all departments to develop apps and digital tools and channels
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with
consumers

The Digital Marketing Executive answers directly to the Secretary General
Manage optimised online advertising campaigns to increase brand
awareness and fundraising potential
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web
analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s)
Manage distribution of newsletters and email marketing campaigns
Requirements










Minimum 3 years’ experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Minimum third level qualification digital marketing or relevant field
Proven, excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices
and legal requirements
Experience with: B2C social media campaigns, Google Adwords and email
campaigns and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight,
WebTrends etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content writing an advantage
Experience working in the NFP sector and advantage
Analytical mind set and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
