Hereditary Cancer Testing GENE LIST Panel: Breast|Ovarian|Uterine26 ATM BRCA2 CHEK2 FANCC MSH2 NBN PMS2 RAD51C TP53 BARD1 BRIP1 EPCAM MLH1 MSH6 NF1 PTEN RAD51D XRCC2 BRCA1 CDH1 FAM175A MRE11A MUTYH PALB2 RAD50 STK11 Approximately 5-10% of breast cancer1-2 and 20-25% of ovarian cancer3-4 is hereditary. About 2-3% of uterine cancer5 is also hereditary. The majority are caused by several high-risk genes, many of which overlap between these three types of cancer. Additional moderate-risk genes are also known to play a role in women’s hereditary cancers.
