BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

marketing initiatives to optimize your efforts, you’re driven by the power of marketing and understand that
it’s more about developing a relationship with your audience than just consummating a sale (while
understanding the sale is what defines success). You have developed marketing strategies, have experience
managing projects and campaigns, enjoy writing, love analyzing data and figuring out what’s working and why,
and have a passion for building connections with your team, your clients and your brands.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the Brand Marketing Manager role believes in the core values of 360 Live Media—The
360 Way—and is driven by our philosophy and mission. Beyond that, we are seeking a brand champion who
has proven experience in delivering exceptional marketing impact for clients or within a corporate
environment, with a demonstrated ability to bring brands to life across all marketing platforms and
demonstrated ability to think analytically and communicate. The successful candidate demonstrates
intellectual curiosity, and possesses the supreme talent of thinking strategically and communicating effectively
across internal teams, leaders and with external partners. Experience in managing a “values-driven”
organization will be highly prized. There are four key marketing goals the individual in this role will be
responsible for accomplishing: Revenue/Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Client Retention and Thought
Leadership. The key responsibilities and qualifications of the ideal candidate are as follows:

Marketing Expertise: Understanding and experience in the critical practices of direct and digital
marketing, and a thorough understanding of creative competencies including branding, social media
strategy and copywriting. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Development and management of 360 Live Media’s marketing plan, budget, calendar and all
initiatives.
• Devising and implementing quality lead generation efforts that support business
development goals.
• Management of all owned brand platforms and communications, including website, social
media channels and branded content (blog, newsletter, LimePapers, presentations).
• Leadership of all public and media relations opportunities, garnering relevant and highquality media coverage.
• Identification and management of relevant award and speaking opportunities for company
leadership, including the development of all communication materials and promotional
efforts.
• Development of compelling, on-brand content (written and multimedia).

Results Focus: Exceptional track record of exceeding marketing goals. A bottom-line orientation,
with the ability to consistently provide sound recommendations. You possess the ability to balance
the delivery of award-winning campaigns against the realities of a budget, timeline and competing
projects and priorities; and you have an attitude of problem solving and creative resourcefulness.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring consistent best-in-class, timely and on spec work through effective project
management.
• Effectively setting and adjusting expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Managing the metrics tracking, reporting and measurement of initiatives, providing
proactive direction for quick adjustments and future strategies.

Brand & Culture Ambassador: A passion for culture, team and client engagement. You have high EQ
and a deep love of humanity. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing our client and team celebrations initiatives.
• Serve as brand steward; manage the development of all branded products.
• Design and lead brand experiences for the team and clients throughout the year.

Action Orientation: Enjoy working hard and rolling up sleeves with the team; constantly seeking to
be ahead of the curve. Ability to act nimbly and quickly, to solve challenges and react as necessary,
even if limited information is available. You are not afraid to take charge of a situation and make
tough decisions.
5.
Experience: Four to six years of marketing and brand management experience.
