Job Summary: The Assistant Marketing Manager, Loyalty will support the Manager, Loyalty Marketing and the Director of Loyalty Marketing in the ongoing management of the Rewards“R”Us, “R”Us Credit Card and Geoffrey Birthday Club programs for Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us. S/he will primarily operate at an administrative/tactical level in assisting in the coordination of various aspects of our programs. Responsibilities: - Manage Inventory of in-store collateral Maintain yearly marketing calendar on an ongoing basis Manage creative binder Attend weekly customer service calls and investigate member issues as needed Assist in routing creative across all stakeholders and provide consolidated feedback to creative team Work with internal campaign team in creating new coupon codes for offers Assist in submitting invoices for payment Qualifications: – – – – – BA/BS degree in Marketing Strong communications skills with an attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Comfortable working with individuals from all areas of the company, including marketing, creative, merchandising, store operations, .com, and IT, and the ability to work effectively and network across all areas and levels to achieve goals Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Please email cover letter and resume to Ann Pressimone at [email protected]
