Job Description Job Title: IFB2018 Campaigns Marketing Manager Salary Circa £28,000 – £37,500 (annual FTE salary) depending on experience Location Liverpool Vision, the Capital Building, 39 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9PP Main Purpose of the Job To support and work closely with the Head of Marketing in the strategic development of the marketing campaign programme, brief and manage creative and media buying agencies to develop the necessary assets and ensure the most effective channels are used to deliver the best possible of return on investment. Support the marketing and festival team in developing the necessary assets for owned channels and events as well as third party partnerships, sponsors and supporter campaigns. To act as the guardian of the festival brand and to oversee and sign off on creative content, as necessary, prior to issue. Support the marketing team in delivering events and activity which promotes the festival externally. Maintain the marketing dashboard and deliver reports on all campaigns and activity. Directly Responsible To: IFB2018 Head of Marketing. Main Areas of Responsibility: To develop and manage an innovative approach to the IFB2018 marketing campaigns programme whilst upholding and promoting the vision, values and ambitions of the IFB2018 brand; Deliver campaigns by ensuring creative execution is in line with the festival brand and develop imaginative campaigns which create cut-through, raise awareness and deliver registrations and visitors. Brief and manage external and internal agencies and ensure campaign creative is proofed, aligned to the campaign objectives and delivered to deadlines. Ensure all internal and external campaign touch points are maximised to deliver the greatest impact Support the marketing team by developing the necessary assets to deliver partnership and sponsor campaigns on time and on budget. To manage and monitor all SEO and PPC activities to increase rankings on all major search networks and maximise traffic to the IFB2018 website; Communicate timelines regularly and obtain feedback from the festival team Report on all key aspects of the campaign performance and work with internal and external agencies to optimise and adjust programmes. To identify new trends in digital technology to ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry; To attain key performance indicators such as reducing dwell time, reducing bounce rate and improving conversion; To regularly monitor, track and analyse all digital campaigns, web traffic and digital metrics, evaluating the success and target audience reach. Update marketing calendar, dashboard and activity plans Core Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required: An experienced and confident campaigns marketing and communications professional Proven experience in developing and delivering successful brand and tactical campaigns on time and budget In depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels; Proven experience of using latest marketing technologies and techniques Experience in managing, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; A self-motivated individual with a positive and professional approach; An interest in current affairs and issues affecting business, nationally and internationally; Excellent creative, strategic, analytical and organisational and planning skills; An organised, flexible and energetic individual with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to work tasks and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; Ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
