SuperSite® Advertising (Full-Service Design) Terms and Conditions

If you have ordered Premium SuperSite® or Unlimited SuperSite® advertising with full-service design (together,
SuperSite® Advertising), you agree to the Electronic Ads and Electronic Services Terms and Conditions and to the
following additional terms and conditions:
1.
Definitions.
“Term” means the initial term and any successive terms as described in your Marketing Services
Agreement.
“Update(s)” means the specific revision(s) or update(s) to Your Website that we provide during the Term.
“Website” means the initial website we create as part of your SuperSite® Advertising and any Updates.
2.
As part of your SuperSite® Advertising, we will: (i) create a website of up to five (5) pages; (ii) provide up to
two (2) hours per month of website development Services (“Development Hours”) during the Term; and (iii)
provide hosting services for the Website as described in the Electronic Ads and Electronic Services Terms
and Conditions. To use Development Hours, you must request revisions or additions to the Website from us.
If any portion of the Development Hours is not used during a month, the unused time may not be carried over
to the next month, and we will not make any billing adjustment or reimbursement for any unused Development
Hours. Our determination of the time spent on website development Services will prevail.
3.
You request us to publish the Updates as part of the Website during the Term, however, we may choose not
to publish any Update for any reason in our sole discretion.
