Giant cell tumor of bone. The photomicrograph depicts the two components of a giant cell tumor of bone, multinucleated giant cells, and mononuclear
cells. The multinucleated giant cells are felt to be reactive in nature, and the mononuclear cells represent the neoplastic component of the tumor.
