Overview:

The Marketing Director will develop and implement strategic marketing programs that support
reacHIRE’s unique value proposition, products and customers. In this leadership role, you will
create the marketing strategy, direct the brand and oversee the team and budget. This is an

The Marketing Team at reacHIRE supports a strong Business Development Team that works
with Fortune 500 companies to develop placement opportunities, and also supports our Talent
Development Team to recruit and train candidates for these opportunities.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate marketer who is a strategic thinker, a creator, a doer, and
most importantly, a collaborator. This position reports to the CEO.
What you will do:

Lead the marketing function to define strategy, positioning and marketing programs for
all products/service offerings to achieve business objectives.
Plan and oversee execution of all marketing campaigns and activities to improve brand
awareness, generate qualified sales leads, increase organic search visibility, accelerate
lead velocity and conversion rates and, ultimately, increase sales revenue.
Define and track key metrics to assess the performance of marketing initiatives,
marketing’s impact on sales and revenue and to take action and make adjustments as
necessary.
Develop a cohesive brand strategy to project a consistent corporate identity across all
internal and external communications, messaging and positioning.
Leverage customer insights to provide strategic direction and prioritization on new and
enhanced product and service offerings.
Oversee planning and execution of recruiting and business development events to build
the reacHIRE brand and generate qualified opportunities.
Guide direction of PR strategy and activities to maximize brand visibility with highvolume, high-quality coverage in national media outlets and industry publications.
Develop strategy for nurturing relationships with key influencers to increase the
perception of our mission and garner favorable coverage across all platforms.
Desired Skills and Experience

10+ years of marketing leadership experience with proven ability to consistently achieve
and exceed business goals.
Experience creating and implementing cost-effective and innovative marketing programs
to build brand awareness and generate Business Development opportunities
Proven leader with the ability to set priorities, motivate staff and drive accountability
In the first year, you will take the company’s plan for growth and articulate how to achieve it
through a defined marketing strategy. This will involve creating demand through messaging and
content that are designed meet the current and developing needs of the market; recommending
new strategies and tactics; defining and implementing a digital strategy; and evaluating brand
expansion opportunities. You will also collaborate closely with the Business Development Team
to provide materials that support sales activities in the field.
Year One Objectives:
Develop and implement a Marketing Plan that results in 100 new sales qualified leads

Generate sufficient leads to support the goal of 15 new deals
Recommend a Marketing spend that achieves goals within budget
Design a staffing plan that achieves goals across channels

Recruit for missing competencies
Define a digital marketing plan for the company that concurrently supports brand awareness
and results in increased leads for the Business Development and Talent Development teams.
