BethAnn Weaver is the Global Recruiting
and Staffing Manager for Eli Lilly and
Company, a fortune 500 pharmaceutical
company. She has more than 20 years of
experience in the talent acquisition arena.
She is a focused human resources leader
with demonstrated experience in the areas
of staffing, recruitment systems, talent
sourcing, government commitments,
compliance obligations, background checks,
vendor management and operations.
BethAnn earned a bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources from Ball State University
and possesses a Professional in Human
Resources (PHR) certification. She is a
member of the Society for Human
Resources Management and prior Staffing
Management Chair for IndySHRM; Indiana’s
largest chapter. She is currently Vice Present of the Board of Directors for
DirectEmployers Foundation and a member of the DirectEmployers Advisory Council to
share best practices, key learnings and develop expert knowledge of the Office of
Federal Contractors Compliance Program regulations.
BethAnn enjoys challenges, thrives in data driven and structured environment which
provide opportunities for multi-tasking, driving change and process improvement. She
has a demonstrated track record of leadership, building collaborative partnerships,
managing projects, driving process transformation and implementation, and leveraging
metrics/reports/assessments to increase efficiency.
BethAnn has a desire to continually learn the latest tools and technologies to enhance
the ability to deliver the most efficient systems and processes to improve overall
performance. She is also passionate about supporting others to develop themselves so
they too can accomplish their dreams and aspirations.
