Cell – Tissue – Organ – Organism or Organ system
Cell Differentiation:
Process by which cells begin to specialize and become different types of cells.
Stem Cells:
Are unspecialized cells that are able to develop into different types of cells.
Tissues:
Groups of similar types of cells that work together to carry out specific tasks.
Organs:
Groups of different tissues working together to perform a particular job.
Organ systems: Groups of different organs that work together to complete a series of tasks.
