 1. Epithelial, nervous, muscle, connective
 2. Connective tissue:
a. Contains few cells- spaced apart
b. Defensive (type)- defends the body. ex. WBC
c. Sequestering (type)- store particular compounds
ex. RBC (store hemoglobin)
d. Structural (type) –ex. Ligaments, tendons,
cartilage

ex. skin
b. Some forms exocrine glands- which produce &
release secretions onto the body surface. Ex.
sweat glands.
 4. Muscle
a. Made of cells that contract & relax
