Here is the description of the available placement in Greece: Students will primarily work as BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINEES on the desk assisting, analyzing and managing marketing and ecommerce projects. They will create follow up plans, quantity and quality sales and marketing reports. You will be involved inside the company preparing and assisting sales and marketing activities. The trainees have the support of a mentor and work shoulder to shoulder and network with managers and gain real-world experience. The Business Management Trainee will combine business, marketing, sales. The Business Management Trainee will combine business, marketing, sales, commercial, relationship building, analytical and presentation skills willing to develop a knowledge background in sales or marketing at a leading Internet travel brand. The person will work closely with the managers and implement optimal pricing rules while monitoring performance on a continuous basis. This position will work closely with the Inventory, Sales and Product teams to develop a coherent pricing and sort strategy that is aligned with our brand and suppliers’ objectives. You will lead ad hoc projects that need to be implemented in a market. Periodically review the quality of rates and inventory available and assist the market manager with the product contract renewal process. Act as a liaison between the product suppliers and our customer care department to resolve customer satisfaction cases Reporting and analysis to support decision making and track market performance. Responsible for business development and account management in company’s new markets (in particular Eastern Europe) to support and increase the partner base. This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized and responsible candidate who is able to work well in a multinational, fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. Pro-actively identify new potential partners in the travel sector and act as the day-to-day point of contact for existing partners in the territories Negotiate deals and sign contracts that bring incremental brand exposure, content, traffic and/or revenue to company and liaise with marketing and product teams to help feed the product development process with new partner requirements.
