TS/TA Job Description Partnership Coordinator Job Purpose To generate opportunities to sell and upsell. To develop and enhance customer relationships through comprehensive advice and support, presenting a professional company image and providing customer service of the highest possible standards, through the application of customer and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities As the key link between operations and our customers, you will need to work collaboratively and communicate effectively, using a range of media, to generate, nurture and manage new and existing relationships between customers and our team. You will be required to: ● Provide knowledgeable, appropriate information and guidance to encourage new and existing customer schools in line with KPIs ● Manage new leads, enquiries and sales generated through a range of marketing activity and optimise conversion ● Respond to delivery related queries appropriately (referring as appropriate to LT) ● Identify new or upselling opportunities ● Generate new and repeat business ● Maintain internal CRM and produce relevant reports as requested ● Collate and share data with schools and team as appropriate, including that of new customer schools to marketing team ● Request and follow up on referrals ● Share success data to support marketing campaigns as appropriate ● Work in collaboration with ST teachers and Lead Trainers to create and maintain high standards of customer relations ● Comply with all company policies and procedures
