Our client is one of the large international financial institution, operating in Europa and Asia. We are searching for
CRM Analyst with SQL , with 1 - 2 years experience at CRM (retail services oriented company) and fluent English for
the position based in China, Schenzen. This is suitable for graduate, too.
This role will hugely rewarding for the right person and will also give you huge business exposure too. Selected
candidate will have paid accommodation, health care, insurance, travel tickets, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




be part of a CRM team, with responsibility for wide range from data mining, modelling and campaign services.
to be able to answer business issues, spot opportunities and help the business with decision making based on
what the data is telling
applying use of the tool data mining tools in a commercial analytics environment
be able to tell stories from data. i.e. understand why a number or trend identified in the data is important and able
to articulate this finding to a business, explaining the reasoning why, but also potential solutions to fix the issue or
build upon it.
REQUIRED SKILLS:






University degree with focus on statistics, economics, or mathematics
Highly numerate, statistical with previous analytics experience of some sort in a large, complex data environment
Polished SQL skills, able to carry out complex analysis using the tool, (experiences with SAS is an advantage)
Previous experience applying a range of statistical techniques to data to arrive at a point of insight, answering the
business issue and able to translate this insight into stories the business is able to take action upon
Effective communication - Ability to explain clearly what models are telling you and explain your analysis findings to
non-technical audiences
English written and spoken
