TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTING RIGHTS
The total number of shares and voting rights of Forthnet S.A. on 13.06.2017, which is
the date of the invitation to Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on
the 5th of July 2017, amounts to one hundred and ten million ninety seven thousand
one hundred eighty five (110,097,185).
It is noted that due to conversion of 25,791 convertible bonds to 25,791 new shares
of nominal value 0.30 € each, as per the detailed analysis in the Company’s
announcement dated as of 31.5.2017, the approval of the admission for trading in
the Athens Stock Exchange Market of the above 25,791 new shares is still pending. In
case the admission for trading of the above new shares is completed successfully
before the Annual General Meeting of the Company, the total number of shares and
voting rights of Forthnet SA shall amount to one hundred ten million one hundred
twenty two thousand nine hundred and seventy six (110,122,976) and a respective
announcement shall be issued.
