Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Purpose of the
position
To manage the Digital Marketing strategy and digital campaign delivery for NBCF, as well as lead
and execute Social Media for the organisation. This role will have responsibility for managing 1
direct report and accountable for planning and delivering of all Digital Marketing activity (paid,
owned and earned) to support the brand, fundraising and events.

Key responsibilities
and duties


















Working alongside the General Manager, Marketing to shape the Digital strategy and plan to deliver
income growth for NBCF;
Setting and implementing a high performance Digital Marketing plan that grows the NBCF’s position
as the leading breast cancer body in Australia and raises awareness around research as the most
important contributor to zero deaths from the disease by 2030;
Growing NBCF brand awareness and equity through Digital channels to drive fundraising and attract
more corporate partners;
Working in collaboration with Fundraising teams to plan and deliver advertising and media activity
to support events and activities (namely, PRB, RMWP and MDC) and grow fundraising $s YoY;
Working in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager – Content Production to
create best practice content for Digital channels;
Working with Web Operations and Graphic Designer to create campaign creative and implement
onto the website;
Manage the relationship with the Digital agency to ensure briefing, execution, budgets and
optimisations are effectively conducted;
Ensure integration and coordination of all Digital channels (paid, owned and earned);
Understand and optimise performance of Digital channels to continually maximise budget and
deliver ROI;
Maximise Search performance for both paid Search (SEM) and Google grants accounts across the
brand and campaigns.
Lead and manage all Social Media platforms to grow reach and engagement with our target
audience;
Manage the Social Media content plan to ensure best practice and strong audience engagement;
Proactively utilise Social Listening to inform overarching Communications plan and feedback to the
organisation;
Report, communicate and educate the organisation on the value and opportunity of Digital
channels;
Accountable for driving growth of Digital channels and hitting campaign targets;
Accountable for managing the Social Media budget and allocated campaign budgets;
Management of 1 direct report to ensure all Digital Marketing activity is planned, delivered and
optimised;
Continuously keeping up to date with latest Digital trends and platforms.
