JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Marketing Services Coordinator I
REPORTS TO: VP of Marketing & Supplier Relations

PURPOSE: Full-time position to be an integral part the Marketing Services team by supporting key marketing
objectives and initiatives. Responsible for managing database information within AIA’s e-Commerce and digital
marketing platforms. Additionally acts as the marketing communication liaison between AIA Owners, internal staff and
preferred service providers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Primary







Coordinate and channel Owner and internal staff communication of marketing tools and services.
Manage the development and maintenance of information, communication and reporting related to AIA’s Preferred
Service Provider (PSP) network.
Manage social media connections, profile maintenance and service subscriptions of AIA’s automated marketing
platform.
Facilitate order management and database maintenance of AIA Owner and internal staff recognition initiatives.
Conduct site testing for AIA’s e-Commerce platforms.
Participate in marketing initiative planning as needed.
Reconcile service platform billings with finance department.
Secondary




Assist with the coordination and implementation of AIA Events.
Back-up to the AMP Digital program
Travel to AIA Events industry tradeshows as needed
Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience:




Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Marketing experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel)
Knowledge of basic HTML coding preferred
