MEF Operations / Command Center, P-066
The P-066 1-MEF Operations and Command Center is a 22,882 square
feet state-of-the-art office building meets AFTP requirements for the US
Navy. The facility functions around the Battle Command Center and
is supported by offices, meeting rooms, auditorium and other related
facilities all equipped with the latest advanced communication and
security technology, including a stadium-style teaching auditorium.
The building is constructed to comply as an Essential Facility and to meet
SCIF requirements.
The design of the building expresses a stylish high-tech interior and
exterior befitting of its functions. A unique feature of this facility is a threestory high atrium space on the main axis of the structure that provides
circulation between the floors and provides light within the core of the
building.
Amenities and Provisions:

Aluminum window sunscreens or awnings on south and west
elevations reduce solar gain while improving interior work environment

Solid phenolic toilet partitions in place of stainless steel provide a
more durable and maintenance-free material
