Development and implementation of marketing strategy, marketing communication planning, conducting market research, lead pricing activities and contributing to market share and service level development in the region by closely cooperating with regional Mercedes-Benz distribution network, Daimler Buses production plants and key account customers Sales & Marketing Develop and implement overall marketing strategy for spare parts in the region Develop annual marketing plan, carry out spare parts campaigns, prepare tactical spare parts offers, support genuine spare part sales in the region Ensure campaign implementation across the region Monitor on-going campaigns and develop reporting process Develop annual marketing communication plan, prepare marketing & communication material in line with Daimler Buses CI requirements Analyse customer trends and their purchasing behaviours, derive fields of action and business potentials thereof Coordinate market deep dive studies, develop measures and follow up implementation Support Spare Parts Manager with parts volume planning, target agreements, monitoring and reporting Pricing Plan, develop and conduct market support pricing activities (SNP, OTD, PCI etc.) Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and collect business intelligence Support and develop market steering activities Ensure achievement of net revenue and group contribution targets Market Management Ensure continuous support to Mercedes-Benz General Distributors, Dealers, Body Builders and Key Accounts for spare parts marketing activities concerning Daimler Buses product portfolio Support Mercedes-Benz network with regional spare parts tenders (pricing, logistics, delivery terms, compliance, export control requirements etc) Support regional bus tenders for spare parts related requirements using STASS Project Management tool Other Tasks Support Daimler Buses Sales and After Sales Team Provide price and part number information, carry out data analysis and interpretation, prepare presentations, management reports etc. Perform all tasks and duties within the standard company procedures, ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance guidelines Qualifikationen Attributes Passion Respect Integrity Discipline Customer oriented Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge/Skill/Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive spare parts sales and marketing Extensive knowledge of spare parts business, exposure to automotive aftermarket wholesale business Ideally experience in dealing with international key accounts, government customers and vendors Excellent communication and presentation skills Distinctive analytical and strategical thinking ability, creative and innovative thinking/acting Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), knowledge of spare parts IT systems (SAP, EPC, StarOrder, VeDoc etc.) MENA experience preferred but not required, however must have a solid understanding of regional customer base and business culture Past Mercedes-Benz spare parts experience preferred Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, Arabic, German and French will be an advantage Qualification BA in Business, Management, Marketing or similar required Targeted Start Date:01/01/2017 Jetzt bewerben Benefits Firmenwagen Essenszulagen Coaching Arbeitszeit Mitarbeiterhandy Kantine Events Parkplatz Gesundheitsmaßnahmen Mitarbeiterrabatte
