Job Description Role: Corporate Marketing Coordinator Location: San Francisco, CA The Role Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing and Managing Partner, the Corporate Marketing Coordinator supports the corporate marketing efforts of The Mark Company. Job Description Corporate & Project Marketing ● Assists with keeping collateral current, including project profiles, qualification packages, etc. ● Creates and manages image library (lifestyle, projects, buyer profiles, interior design, amenities). ● Oversees library of TMC project materials, vendors and competitive project materials. ● Assists with overall digital strategy management, with concentration in social media. ● Makes updates to website with direction from Director of Marketing. ● Manages social media accounts on a daily basis, including crafting content, creating posts and managing responses. ● Drafts copy for eblasts and coordinates distribution with outside vendor. ● Tracks and reports on eblast analytics. ● Uses TMC Tech Platform to obtain broker registrations every month and manage master broker distribution list. ● Under direction of the Director of Marketing, creates Monthly Reports and Trend Sheets, loads files to the corporate website and prepares for distribution. New Business ● Schedules presentations with prospective clients and prepares final materials. ● Assists with researching projects, neighborhoods and buyer/renter demographics in conjunction with new business pitches. ● Assists with presentation development, as needed. ● Creates, distributes and tracks fee proposals (listing, design consulting, rental, BRE). ● Oversees proposal process in terms of notifying team when proposals are signed, overseeing billing, etc. ● Acts as Administrator of new business database in terms of managing contacts, distribution lists and overall workflow. Desired Skills and Experience ● BA/BS degree required; emphasis in marketing preferred ● 4-5 years prior work experience; real estate a plus ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) ● Experience with day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) ● Experience with graphic design preferred ● Highly organized with ability to multitask ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Able to work with managers and employees at all levels ● Flexible and responsible with a team player attitude ● Ability to take initiative with little direction About The Mark Company The Mark Company provides a full range of core consulting services including analytics, design, marketing and sales for urban high-rises and suburban attached properties throughout the Western United States.
