JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive DEPARTMENT: Marketing REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager LOCATION: CFA, Etihad Campus DATE: February 2016 Job purpose To provide marketing support to the matchday hospitality, Stadium, Club Tours, and special events. Working with key internal partners (including SSO, Content, Fan Relationship Management and Communications) and third party agencies to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, aligned to the sales strategy, to deliver against revenue targets. Key responsibilities Provide dedicated support to the matchday hospitality and Stadium & Club Tours teams for all online and offline marketing requirements. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for club lead special events, in line with budgets and objectives. Manage the day to day relationship with the club’s creative design agency, in addition to our internal design team. Work proactively with the club’s PR agency to ensure that key projects and messages are communicated in appropriate media for maximum effect. Maintain and develop the appropriate sections of the club’s website, and third party websites, to ensure that content remains fresh and relevant – including copy writing. Work with the FRM, Digital and Content teams to actively promote hospitality and events through all key digital platforms including website, social media, mobile apps, etc. Work with the FRM, Sales and Service and Digital teams to effectively track the impact of all marketing activity undertaken. Creating in-depth coverage reports showcasing the work you have done and the impact it has had on the business in line with objectives. Working on various matchdays and special events in order to host key stakeholders and media, facilitate activations and manage photographers and camera crews to ensure these events and matches are adequately covered. Production and sign-off of relevant marketing brochures and associated collateral, ensuring brand compliance. Responsibility for managing the marketing budget for the hospitality, special events and other marketing related activity, including raising POs.
