MARKETING MANAGER
Cameron’s Coffee is hiring for a Marketing Manager to lead key aspects of the company’s brand- and business-building
efforts.
CAMERON’S COFFEE
Cameron’s Coffee is a specialty, small-batch roastery based out of Shakopee, Minnesota with ~$42MM in annual revenue.
The company is privately held and employs ~100 people. Our coffee has one of the most robust and loved portfolio of
flavors, blends and roasts. Our beans are sourced from all over the world within the Coffee Belt including some of the
more exclusive coffees like Kona and Jamaica Blue Mountain. All of our coffee is same-day roasted and packaged in our
best in class manufacturing facility.
Cameron’s Coffee manufactures the Cameron’s brand, as well as Private Label for select retailers. We were awarded
“Grocery Center Store Vendor of the Year” by our largest Private Label partner in 2015.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Marketing Plan Development and Execution:
 Work with CMO and other stakeholders to develop brand strategies and plans designed to achieve company and
brand growth objectives
 Work with agency partners to develop consumer communication plans including advertising, promotions, social
marketing, and P.R., with particular attention to digital marketing
 Develop and execute plans to drive consumer trial and engagement, including consumer sampling events and
programs
 Lead annual brand planning process and manage brand budget
 Lead tracking and reporting of progress against key metrics
Website/e-Commerce:
 Work with CMO and other stakeholders to develop website and e-commerce strategies and plans to achieve
specific goals
o Improve the consumer experience
o Increase customer acquisition
o Improve conversion
o Accelerate e-commerce sales
 Work with website agency to develop and maintain effective website, e-commerce storefront, campaigns and
content, including digital advertising, search, and e-mail campaigns
 Lead tracking and reporting of progress against key metrics

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



3- to 5-years consumer marketing experience
Experience in marketing plan development and execution, digital marketing strategies and plans, consumer
promotions, project management, budget management and business analytics
Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
SKILLS NEEDED





Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to partner with internal and external stakeholders
across multiple functions
Proven ability to lead complex projects working with a diverse team of creative employees and external
partners
Able to evaluate opportunities and ideas in terms of strategic fit, market need and viability
Effective oral and written communication
Strong analytical skills, able to translate data and market information into conclusions and actionable insights
