Risk Disclosure The prices of securities may move up or down, and may become valueless. There is an inherent risk that loss may be incurred rather than profit gained as a result of buying and selling securities. Owing to the leverage effect, the risk of loss in securities margin trading may be substantial. In the event of a margin shortfall, you may be required to deposit additional margin funds or making interest payments at short notice. If the required margin deposits or interest payments are not made within the prescribed time, your margin collateral may be sold without your consent. You may sustain losses in excess of your initial investment capital and any cash/other assets deposited as collateral. Market conditions may make it impossible to execute contingent orders, such as "stop-loss" or "stop-limit" orders. You will remain liable for the full amount of any resulting deficit and interest charged on your account. You should therefore carefully consider whether margin trading is suitable for you in light of your own financial position and investment objectives and seek independent advice from your financial adviser.
