Method • Using 2 hands, squeeze the set of bathroom scales with as much force as possible. • Write down the reading. Method • Hold your hands out in front of you. • Raise them into a waving position with fingers stretched back. • Clench them into tight fists. • Repeat this for 1 minute. • Squeeze the scales again and write down the reading.
