
Laws of gravity
Newtons first law

An object in rest tends to stay in rest,
and an object in consistent motion tends
to stay in motion, unless acted on by an
unbalanced force.


The unbalanced force on an object is
equal to the mass of the object
multiplied by its acceleration.
The force moving an object is the force
of the mass of the object x the force
accelerating the object.

All forces occur in pairs, and these two
forces are equal in strength and
opposite in direction.
Vocabulary



A force is any push or pull from one
object to another.
Balanced forces act on an object without
changing its motion.
Unbalanced forces are forces that cause
an object to change its motion.
Vocabulary


Friction is a force that opposes the
motion of one object moving past
another.
Action force is the push of the first object
on the second.
Reactions force is the push of the
second object back on the first.
