Tungsten Network Limited Job Description Job Title Reports To Department Base Office Contract Product Marketing Manager Head of Global Buyer Marketing Marketing London Permanent Job Summary Our Global marketing structure is currently split by two broad audiences: buyers and suppliers. With the new products we are rolling out through Tungsten Network, a more product-focused approach to marketing with a regional breakdown for some areas will ensure a greater focus on our specific audiences – accounts payable, procurement, treasure, and accounts receivable – and greater targeting for our products. Product and Key Audiences Tungsten Network – Buyers, Accounts Payable/Finance/Procurement/Treasury Tungsten Network – Suppliers, Accounts Receivable/Finance Overall Responsibility and Job Purpose Focusing on our Accounts Payable, Procurement and Treasury solutions, the Product Marketing Manager defines and executes a product’s positioning, launch, go to market, promotion and evolution within a specific region. Supporting the development of new products by contributing market requirements. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities To support the commercial objectives of the business, Product Marketing Managers will work closely with Buyer Origination, Supplier Origination, Product Management, Customer Relationship Managers and Global Communications. Strategy Understand the target audience and key personas (Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement & Treasury) Define the messaging and naming alongside Group Communications Understand market requirements and pricing Maintain competitor intelligence 1|Page Work with Product Management to create the product bible (full overview of the product in layman’s terms) Create ongoing marketing plans and channel strategies Manage partner marketing for third parties related to the product area Support new country roll-out requirements to create appropriate collateral, and establish pricing and launch plans (external and internal) by being part of the New Countries project team, and working with, as appropriate, Global Supplier Marketing, Compliance, Buyer Origination, Product Management and Global Communications Execution Work with Product Management to develop appropriate internal training and materials Create and deploy launch plans with necessary customer-facing collateral Plan and run relevant marketing campaigns Support Group Communications on thought leadership and content creation Identify and manage sponsored and hosted events while coordinating activities with other Product Marketing Growth Works with Customer Relationship Managers on customer references and advocacy Manages ongoing customer marketing Experience & Knowledge Degree educated or equivalent Advanced Microsoft office skills Proven experience of Process flows Experience and advanced understanding of web technology and Web marketing techniques Personality & Attributes Strong work ethic and attention to detail Motivated, flexible team player Methodical Adaptable Quick thinking Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE: If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process due to a physical or mental disability, please send an email to: [email protected] 2|Page
