Aim of Lecture
The aims of this lecture are: to provide you with an overview of the key
concept of what is marketing and market
research
 To illustrate an introduction to the module
in view of the specification.

Marketing

Marketing activities involve getting goods
from the producer to the consumer. (Gross 1994)

anticipates and satisfies customer requirements
