Srifa Bakery Re-branding project
Srifa Bakery has been operated since 198. The brand has been know only
in western part of Thailand. Nowadays, Srifa’s facing problem from
international competitor and new local bakery. Therefore the owner want
to refresh the brand image, create new space in the market as well as
expand to franchise business in near future.
The project is divided into 3 phases;
1. Create new brand DNA, Vision, tagline, brand strategy.
2. Redesign Corporate Identity, packaging and store experiences.
3. Marketing tactic recommendation (7Ps) and marketing communication.

Brand Story
A Thai delicious style bakery established since 1984, Srifa Bakery is a
representative of premium living lifestyle. Creating and bringing variety of high
quality fresh bread, cake and local snack to customers by local people with the
local taste. Srifa Bakery uplift customer lifestyle through store experience and
products offering.

Srichand Powder’s Social Media Campaign
Love Story of Srichand
“Facebook Love Story Drama” first time brand page pair with community
page. By pairing Srichand Powder brand page “Woman in a present time
who love Thai heritage” with “Aok-Praya-Hongtong” (ออกพญาหงษ์ทอง)
page “a person from the past who accidently be in a present” which
have about 130k fan base at the time. The Strategy was to relocate the
fans from influencer page to the brand’s page. We also cooperate with
many pages to act as character in soap opera story.
The campaign has very high engagement by reaching over 2 million users
with over 18 million impressions, Srichand Powder gained 500%
facebook fans

Aloedent’s Branded Video Content
May I have a kiss
“May I have a kiss”, is a branded video content which use social culture
perception combined with every women’s dream. A hot guy walked
along office area and ask to kiss woman that walk pass him with a
sentence “May I have a kiss, I’m looking for the one” and at the end of
the video, we reviewed that he was actually looking for “The one who
used Aloedent”. We knew that we were playing against Thai traditional
social culture so we control mood and tone of the clip to be cute and
friendly approach.
Result, with the limited budget of media and production here is the
result we get after 1 month
• Over 350,000 Youtube video views
• Over 540,000 video view on Youlike(คลิปเด็ด) page

When Benmore brought in Benmore Master Reserve to Thailand.
Facebook content strategy need to be changed to support new brand
direction which want to push itself to be more premium with better

First time incorporate AR technology with product in Thailand. Leo Beer
want to try not producing LEO Sexy girl calendar for 2011 but still want
to boost up the sale and keep owning the sexy girl communication
message. So instead of producing calendar, we produce sexy clips of 3
hottest model at that time, stored those clips on the website call www.
037club.com. The only way viewer can view each clip was to buy Leo
beer with different symbol on the can and scan it through the website to
unlock the clip.

Kob Khun’s Logo, Characters and Restaurant experiences
Kob Khun Noodle House
Kobkhun noodle house, the core value of their noodle house are Thai,
Fun and affordable. The mascot “Mr.Kobkhun” has been designed to
answer all core value of the brand. The bowl shape of the head represent
noodle, spoon and fork represent rice and the eyes of the character took
from old Thai art style which clearly represent Thailand. Orange colour
make people hungry and green colour represent healthy food. Typeface
using friendly and fun style to matched Mr.Kobkhun. “Pa-kow-ma” also
represent Thailand.To extend campaign: We can have a lot of characters
based on Mr.Kobkhun and can be make up to Mr.Kobkhun family.
