Lipper Fund Detail Pages: Lipper fund detail pages are available for you with the information you’ll need to
make informed decisions when selecting from your plan’s investment options. Lipper, a Thomson Reuters
company, is a global leader in supplying mutual fund information, analytical tools, and commentary.
Financial Engines® Online Advice: This online tool is for the "do-it-myself" type of investor. Based on your
input, the planning software will provide a retirement forecast of your current Plan account, as well as
investment savings recommendations. You can use interactive tools to see how changes to your risk level,
contributions or retirement age could affect your financial outlook.
Hewitt Personal Finance Center: The Hewitt Personal Finance Center is a valuable service that provides
education and guidance on personal finance matters through phone-based Financial Specialists and Web-based
resources such as articles, interactive presentations, videos, and more.
Professional Management: This online tool is for the "do-it-for-me" type of investor – providing you with a
personalized savings and investment strategy recommendation and the ability to have your account
professionally and proactively managed for you. If you decide to enroll in the Professional Management
program, you will be charged a fee based on your account balance, with the annual fee set at 0.35% of $2.92
per month for each $10,000 in your account. This fee will be automatically deducted from your 401(k) Plan
account.
