Job Title: Marketing Manager Job Level: Manager Department: Sia Huat Marketing Job Purpose: Lead the Marketing department and ensure alignment of corporate brands and marketing strategies. To move marketing from traditional "everyday tasks" towards marketing that strategically drives the Company’s business and sales. Responsibility: 1. Develop, manage and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans for the company. 2. Manage corporate brand and ensure alignment of brand positioning across all marketing channels. 3. Analyse and develop marketing partnerships aligned with the Company’s mission to grow the brands we distribute. 4. Plan and implement marketing efforts, including advertising, sales promotions, direct marketing, multichannel marketing, events marketing, and creative services. 5. Work closely with Purchasing, Sales and other Departments to generate awareness and demand for our products and services. 6. Create and launch a digital marketing platform aligned with other marketing activities. 7. Manage the corporate marketing budget. 8. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that related departments and employees are kept informed of marketing objectives and campaigns. Requirements: 1. Minimum tertiary degree with preferably five years of relevant marketing and retail experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong creative outlook 4. Enjoy interacting with people of diverse nationalities and cultures. 5. Strong analytical and project management skills. 6. Experience in developing digital marketing platforms.
