Vice President of Marketing The Evisions Vice President of Marketing is the head of all Marketing activities and will provide strategic leadership to the marketing team. This position reports directly to the President, and is part of the executive leadership for Evisions. The VP of Marketing is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market and brand strategy as well as effectively reaching Evisions target market for all Evisions solutions. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Develops long term marketing vision and strategy for Evisions Develops, communicates and ensures execution of an annual Marketing plan based on long term marketing vision and objectives defined in Evisions three year plan Is an active participant in the executive team and helps define and implement Evisions strategic plans Develops and manages Market annual budget Meets regularly with direct reports individually and as a team to set goals and objectives, monitor progress towards goals, and determine best use of resources Assists direct reports in defining career goals and seeking opportunities for their professional growth Creates, manages, coordinates and executes all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans to meet and exceed Evisions expectations for Marketing Responsible for all aspects of Evisions marketing including: corporate marketing (public relations and media relationships), website and digital presence, marketing materials, tradeshow strategy, Evisions brand definition and awareness and all other public facing activities Define, measure and report on key marketing statistics ensuring all activities are metrics driven and results oriented Oversee the processes to execute the brand vision, ensuring that brand content and image creation are consistent with Evisions values and brand aesthetic Directs marketing and works with Sales team leadership to develop demand creation and lead generation strategies and ensures effective supporting materials and collateral are developed Coordinate with Product Management on developing quantifiable value propositions for solutions and ensure effective communication of the value proposition Oversee customer communication and engagement strategies with Sales and Product Management Develops marketing strategy for go to market launches and product promotion Conducts and communicate market research to determine Evisions position in markets we serve and competitiveness in those markets Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred Minimum 7 – 10 years of marketing leadership experience preferably within software and/or higher education Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, brand management, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions Experience in/knowledge of digital marketing Experience in managing marketing-related projects such as developing selling materials, collateral, promotions, public relations Proven ability to articulate the Company’s vision and strategy to inspire and motivate a team to focus on achieving the Company’s goals Excellent presentation and communication skills Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals Up to 25% travel requirement with international travel possible (current passport required) Contact If interested in applying for this opportunity, please submit your resume and salary history to: [email protected] Evisions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
