Job Purpose
The Digital/Social Media & Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for
1. The planning, development and execution of the company’s Vision Care digital strategy
that will support the overall business goals.
a. E-commerce system (inContact): further roll-out, support, marketing, explore new
opportunities
b. Develop digital tools & communication: support our customers B2B2C
c. Co-ordinate & implement an effective digital platform including websites, blog,
social networks, email marketing and mobile (BTB & BTC)
2. The development and execution of tailor made marketing activities with Key Accounts of
the company in BNL as well as submission & follow up of Private Label requests
First 2 years focus will be on learning, testing, evolving and evangelizing. The longer-term
vision is to develop, implement and lead a digital organization that supports all brands and
all aspects of digital: strategy, media planning, social media, productions (websites, apps,
etc…), technological decisions, online PR, and mobile.
Major Accountabilities
1.Work with brand managers toward understanding and enabling the best digital approach
for their brands.
2. Plan, manage and control yearly digital plan and financial requirements to drive
measurable results and support business objectives.
3. Develop and co-ordinate the implementation of digital marketing initiatives to promote
awareness and reinforcement of the main brands and their presence online.
4. Assist in development and co-ordinate the implementation of effective digital marketing
platform (ecosystem) across all digital touch points, such as websites, search, social,
online media, mobile, etc.
5. Manage
the
project
timelines,
digital
budgets
and
deliverables
to
ensure
projects/campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
6. Review online KPIs, performance reports, and promotional campaign results to help
measure, analyze and optimize the success of digital marketing campaigns and ROI.
7. Exercising sound judgment to issue resolution of day-to-day operational challenges.
8. Work with Key Account Managers & support them in their trade marketing plans with focus
on moving from traditional to digital marketing. Submit and follow up Private Label
requests.
9. Help raise the overall digital marketing knowledge and capabilities of the company’s
Vision Care marketing team. Recommend digital training and educate internal team
members on digital best practices, processes and internal digital capabilities.

10. Work with brand managers, customers & external digital partners to identify opportunities
to create value for our customers & end consumers through use of digital media based
on defined marketing strategies.
11. Understand and anticipate trends in the field of digital and social media practices and
technologies to accelerate digital marketing expertise as part of an integrated
marketing model.
12. Help with CRM tools and social media to engage customers grow the company’s
marketing database & drive conversions.
13. Develop the digital agency relationship to achieve outstanding thought leadership,
creative work and measurable results. Work collaboratively to build a business
partnership that ensures consistent high value for the Company.
14. Collaborate with international digital teams, sharing ideas and strategies for digital
marketing ideas and initiatives.
15. Collaborate with NBS on identifying and implementing the required infrastructure that
support digital communication programs (mainly eCRM).
16. Is obligated to report any adverse drug reaction or product quality complaint in 24h from
the receipt to DS&E safety desk or Quality Assurance.

• Work with NBS and external agencies on finding creative ways to bridge the gap
between online media spends and sales and to help measure, analyze and
optimize the success of digital marketing campaigns and ROI.
• Manage eCRM tools and social media to engage customers grow their marketing
database, build consumer loyalty, and drive conversions to brands of the company.
• Focus on moving from traditional to digital marketing. Help educate customers & KA to
do the same.
Qualifications & Competencies
• Academic degree in business marketing or information Technology
• Country of work language fluent, English fluent
• Experience in media-agency specialized in digital consumer marketing or

• Experience in media-planning agency specialized in digital media campaigns or
• Experience in digital marketing/operations within fast moving consumer goods
company (as junior digital marketer)
