0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.6, containing 1% BSA to enhance product stability.
SPECIFICITY:
Monospecificity of the product has been determined by ELISA against NORMAL HUMAN IgG.
Cross-reactivity to NORMAL MONKEY, MOUSE, RABBIT, BOVINE, AND HORSE SERUMS has
been found to be less than 2% by direct solid phase immunoassay.
APPLICATIONS:
Enzyme Immunoassay; Immunostaining.
SUGGESTED DILUTION:
1: 20,000 by direct ELISA. Optimal working dilution must be determined by the end user in their
individual assay system.
PRESERVATIVE:
0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
STORAGE:
Store refrigerated (2-8oC) during use or aliquot and freeze (-20oC) for long-term storage. Avoid
repeated freeze-thaw cycles to ensure maximum conjugate activity.
NOTES:
American Qualex uses long-chain NHS-LC-Biotin (sulfosuccinimidyl-6-(biotinamido) hexanoate) for
conjugation. When using avidin-peroxidase/Biotinylated antibody assay systems, American Qualex
recommends using o-phenylenediamine (1.0 mg/ ml in citrate buffer, pH 4.5, containing 0.1% urea
peroxide at +25oC) as the substrate. Biotin-Labeled Affinity Purified Antibodies from American
Qualex have an average antibody-to-biotin molar ratio of 1:50.
