Construction Marketing Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
To expand organizational opportunities through new business partnerships
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
• Marketing Plan
o Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth strategies
o Develop, design, implement, and facilitate a marketing plan
o Execute the marketing plan
o Create brand recognition
• Marketing Budget
o Strategize and administer the firm’s marketing budget
• Communications
o Analyze and review the marketing program and report findings to team members
o Collaborate with Jorgenson Construction’s team in execution, efficiency, and growth
• Business Development
o Create and manage marketing templates for new business opportunities
o Take an active role in industry-specific organizations
o Develop and maximize industry connections to promote Jorgenson Construction and
pursue business opportunities in coordination with the Jorgenson team
• Client Retention
o Surveys – Implement a survey program for project completion feedback
o Testimonials – Solicit client comments and review internal marketing programs as
dictated by the responses
o Ongoing communication – Ensure clients are included in ongoing marketing and
relationship development
o Programs – Establish programs that safeguard long-term viability of relationships and
encourage referrals

Promotional Activities
o Advertising – Determine value and budget for advertising opportunities
o Direct mail – Implement and manage direct mail program
o Tradeshows – Assess tradeshow opportunities and execute as the marketing program
dictates
o Networking – Actively promote Jorgenson Construction within the industry
o Public relations – Identify community and media relationship opportunities
o Special events – Coordinate and plan special event programs
• Collateral Development
o Brochure – Ensure brochure reinforces brand recognition and marketing strategy
o Database – Develop a shared customer relationship management process
o Website – Review, enhance, and maintain website content
o Social networking – Establish strategies that utilize social networking tactics
consistent with the Jorgenson Construction brand
• Request for Qualifications, Request for Proposals
• Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications
•
•
B.S./Marketing preferred
5 Years Marketing Experience in the Construction Industry
o Software proficiencies with customer relationship management applications, such as
Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite (i.e.Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,
Acrobat) as well as website editing applications
o Established contacts with local and regional business and trade media professionals

